2008 Chevrolet Corvette
The Corvette is even quicker for 2008, with an improved steering feel. Another news is that the Vette's pushrod V-8 has been increased to 6.2 liters and now makes 430 horsepower (436 with an optional exhaust system), up from an even 400. But it still has some residual numbness in the chassis, and the same flimsy seats.

The Lame Leading the Blind
The Eye Rock -- a race in which blind drivers and sighted co-drivers compete on an oval dirt track -- is a kind of novelty event held as part of a Saturday-night racing card at a half-mile country track, Lebanon Valley Speedway, in West Lebanon, New York.
